During the past year we have experienced an increased demand for longer bosses
to fit the motor shafts. The development of the sickle shaped impeller series
has enforced this demand as the sickle design is much broader and therefore
takes up more room.
To comply with the market we are designing a range of
boss extensions to our existing series of universal bosses. The boss extensions
are to be placed between the retaining plates and the universal bosses, and
mounted with the existing fasteners. They will initially be available in 3
different lengths: 10mm, 20mm, and 40mm. We expect that they will be ready from
stock within the next 2-3 months. Later this year we will also launch a series
of boss extensions for our W series.
