Developed
in collaboration with external experts in aerodynamics, using state of
the art technology, Multi-Wing International a·s has
designed a high-efficient, reversible series, consisting of the TR7Z
impeller in glass reinforced polyamide, glass reinforced polypropylene
and aluminium; and the TR11W impeller in aluminium. The TR7Z impeller
in glass reinforced polyamide and glass reinforced polypropylene is now
available, whereas the TR7Z impeller in aluminium and the TR11W
impeller in aluminium will be released in 3-4 months.
The reversible series is a suitable solution for wood drying, tunnel
ventilation and radiator applications that require reversing the
airflow in order to clean the cooler. These applications are especially
challenging in terms of achieving efficient cooling performance under
reversible flow conditions at the lowest possible noise level. The
reversible series is developed to meet exactly these requirements. With
its S-profile, the reversible series has been designed to increase the
efficiency considerably compared with the ZREV impeller, the 4Z and 5Z
impellers operating in reversible configurations. The figure below
illustrates the impressive efficiency rates of the TR7Z impeller.
Mounted with different hub sizes, with flange, conical shaft or
straight bore, the TR7Z impeller is available in diameters up to 1095mm
in a 16 bladed hub. The impeller can be customized to meet your
specific performance requirements.
